March 27, 2007 - around 50 students from Silliman University in Dumaguete City, La Consolacion College and University of St. la Salle in Bacolod City converged at the Buglas Bamboo Institute Training and Retreat Center for a 6 day Environmental Youth Camp organized by the VMPRDC of Bacolod, SOAN Department of Silliman University, Center for Tropical Studies of Silliman University and the host partner agency, the Buglas Bamboo Institute of Dumaguete City and Dauin in cooperation with SOAN Society of Silliman and PRRM of Bacolod City and SCA Development Foundation.
